Daccordi Profidea: the custom-made bicycle for the technical cyclist
The Daccordi Profidea is the ideal solution for those seeking a bicycle built to measure, capable of uniting longevity, lightness, and uncompromising customization. Made with Columbus Life tubing in Niobium steel, the Profidea is designed to be adapted to the cyclist’s specific measurements, with angles and distances calibrated to provide maximum comfort and optimal responsiveness, taking into account any imbalances, such as particularly long legs or arms, or limited body flexibility. In this model, it isn’t just a matter of bike fitting – it’s an artisanal creation that starts from the cyclist’s individual needs.
In addition to its perfect adaptability, the Profidea offers the possibility to choose the coloration, making each bicycle a unique piece that reflects the cyclist’s personal taste. Its technical features include a monocoque carbon fork with a tapered steerer (available in various configurations), a bottom bracket (BSA or T47), and a 27.2 mm seatpost. The braking option, whether rim brakes or disc brakes, allows the braking system to be tailored to the intended use.
Profidea is not for those stuck in the past: it is the choice of the cyclist who loves mechanics, technique, and precision. The total weight of the Daccordi Profidea varies according to the configuration: the rim brake version weighs around 7.9 kg, while the disc brake version is approximately 8.4 kg. Much of the difference is due to the components, which are also customizable, allowing you to choose exactly the technical solutions that best suit your riding style.

Triple enforced Nobium steel, minimum thickness 0,45 mm maximum thickness 0,8 mm. Steel with an ultimate adjustable strength of 1050/1150 MPa, yield strengthat 705 MPa, minimum lengthening at 14%. With incredible resilience over the years.
Handling is improved thanks to the tapered steering. The pleasure descending through the tight bends in the road would be like no other.
With the best steel and fillet brazing, Profidea is comfortable but without losing its twisting power. The design we propose are for long distances, with the ability to mount larger tyres, however it was created as a made-to-measure frame so it can be built for racing.
