Processing Methods

The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for transferring Data outside the European Union or to an international organization of public international law or established by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as details on the security measures adopted by the Controller to protect the Data.
The User can verify whether any of the transfers described above take place by examining the relevant section of this document concerning Personal Data processing details or by contacting the Controller using the contact details provided above.
Retention Period
Data are processed and retained for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the completion of that contract.
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interests of the Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.
When processing is based on the User’s consent, the Controller may retain the Personal Data until such consent is revoked. Additionally, the Controller may be obliged to retain the Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with legal obligations or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Consequently, once that period has expired, the rights of access, deletion, rectification, and data portability can no longer be exercised.
Purpose of the Data Processing
The User’s Data are collected to enable the Controller to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: statistics, heat mapping and session recording, tag management, user database management, interaction with social networks and external platforms, contacting the User, and optimization and distribution of traffic.

Details on Personal Data Processing
The User’s Personal Data are collected for the following purposes and using the following services:
Contacting the User
Contact Form
By filling in the contact form with their personal data, the User consents to its use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other inquiries indicated in the form header.
Personal Data collected: postal code, city, last name, date of birth, address, country, first name, province, various types of data.
User Database Management
These services enable the Controller to build user profiles starting from an email address, name, or any other information provided by the User to this Application, as well as to track User activities through statistical functionalities. This Personal Data may also be cross-referenced with publicly available information about the User (such as social network profiles) and used to build private profiles that the Controller can view and use to improve this Application.
Some of these services may also allow the scheduled sending of messages to the User, such as emails based on specific actions taken on this Application.
Tag Management
These services are used for the centralized management of tags or scripts used on this Application.
The use of such services causes the flow of the User’s Data through them and, if applicable, their retention.

Google Tag Manager is a tag management service provided by Google LLC.

Heat Mapping and Session Recording
Heat mapping services are used to identify which areas of a page are interacted with by the cursor or clicked, in order to determine which areas attract the most interest. These services monitor and analyze traffic data and track the User’s behavior.
Some of these services may record sessions and make them available for later review.
Interaction with Social Networks and External Platforms
These services allow interactions with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of this Application. The interactions and the information acquired from this Application are, in any case, subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network.
This type of service might also collect data on traffic for the pages where the service is installed, even when the User does not actively use it. It is recommended to log out from the respective services to ensure that the data processed on this Application is not linked to the User’s profile.
Optimization and Distribution of Traffic
These services allow this Application to distribute its content via servers located in different regions and to optimize its performance.

Google Analytics with IP Anonymization
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and analyze the usage of this Application, compile reports, and share them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize advertisements within its advertising network.
This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address. Anonymization works by shortening the User’s IP address within the confines of the European Union or other EEA member states. In exceptional cases, the IP address will be sent to Google’s servers and shortened in the United States.
