The custom road bike frame we made for Nicola has customized geometry based on the cyclist’s flexibility and physical mobility. The steel Borea frame has been redesigned to be tall enough but not very long. In this way the cyclist is not forced into a too-racing position.
The colour of this custom road bike frame is a gradient one. It is a sort of evolution of the shaded blue typical of Daccordio in the 90s. In particular, it was used for the bikes of Leonardo Sierra and other champions of the time. The colour is a shade of blue combined with grey lettering and logos, which represents lightness and modernity. It is a colour that adapts to any style and gives the bike elegance. A colour with a modern design that is not sentimental or too bold.
The construction material is steel, which for some may sound vintage, but which in fact is ultra-modern in these shapes, with a hydraulic braking system and full internal cable routing.
The fork is a straight full carbon monocoque. Contrary to popular belief, the straight fork is very good at absorbing road vibrations and is also very light.
